NO OF VACANCIES :  Inspector of Fisheries (  24 )  , Research Assistant  ( 12 ) Caste vise vacancy available in the website  www.tnpsc.gov.in
SCALE OF PAY : Rs.9300 to 34800 /-
AGE : Minimum 18 years , Maximum 30 years , for SC , SC (A) , ST , MBC , DC ,  BCM and DW all categories No Maximum age limit .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : BFSC - Bachelor of Fisheries Science OR  Associate Diploma in Fisheries Science of the Central institute of Fisheries Education Bombay. OR MSC Degree with Zoology OR MSC Degree with Marine Biology as main subject .
SELECTION PROCESS :  Written Examination  ( Objective Type ) , Oral Test
EXAMTIME DURATION : 3 HOURS
MARKS : 300+40 = 340  Minimum Cut-Off : 136  and SC , SC (A) , ST , MBC , DC ,  BCM Cut-Off marks is 102 .
