Qualification : M.B.B.S degree preferably with PG Degree / Diploma in Community Medicine / Public Health / Epidemiology
OR

Age : Up to 61 years as on 01.09.2012
 
Salary : Rs.25000/- to 40000/- per month based on educational Qualification and experience . For Doctors MBBS the minimum remuneration is Rs.32000/- per month .
 
Place of Posting : District Surveillance Units of : Darjeeling , Jalpaiguri , Dakshin Dinajpur , Uttar Dinajpur , Murshidabad , Bankura , Paschim Medinipur , Purba Medinipur, Hooghly and Nadia.
