Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Orissa Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2012 for Inspector Jobs in Weights and Measures under Food Supply and Consumer Welfare Dept.
NAME OF THE JOBS / POSTS : INSPECTOR
PAY SCALE : Rs. 5200 – 20200 /-
VACANCIES : 10 ( SC -01 , ST -03 , SEBC -03 , UR -03 )
AGE : 21 to 32 years as on 01.01.2012
AGE RELAXATION : 5 years age relaxation is given for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates . 10 years for Ex-Servicemen.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Graduate in Science with Physics OR Engineering OR Diploma in Engineering with 3 years professional experience .
APPLICATION FEE : Rs.100/-
APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT : Through treasury challan under the head of account “ 0052-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-examination fees-0047-fees collected for conducting examination fees “. Treasury Challan Number and Date to be filled in the Online application of Inspector Jobs .
SELECTION PROCESS : Written test + Interview
ADMIT CARDS : Admit cards will be issued to each candidate by post . Admit Cards are distributed to candidates three weeks before the date of examination of Inspector Jobs .

2. Log on Orissa Staff Selection Commission website www.odishassc.in
3. Click the Tab : ONLINE APPLICATION
4. Fill the Online Application Form enter the details of Fee challan No. and Date .
5. Submit the Online Application Form , After submission User ID and password are generated on the Screen.
6. Click Print Application Form of two copies .
7. Application form , The original Treasury Challan in proff of payment of application fees, Photocopies of the certificates / documents in proof of date of birth , record of educational career , caste , documentary claim for being considered das reserved category / special category are sent to Commission .
