Qualifications for the posts of Postal Assistants,Sorting assistant jobs:-
Pass in 10+2 standard or 12th class pass of a recognized university or
Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education
With English as a compulsory subject (Excluding vocational streams like
DME, DEE, DCCT etc.,). The candidates should have studied any local
language recognized by AP State Government as a subject at least up to
SSC (Matriculation or equivalent level). The candidates of higher
Qualification will also be considered but they have to fulfill the above
conditions. Typing knowledge and computer knowledge is desirable.
Qualifications for the posts of Postmen jobs:-
Matriculaltion or Equivalent.
PAY SCALE of POSTAL ASSISTANT AND SORTING ASSISTANT:-
Rs.5200-20200 allowances with grade pay of Rs.2400/-
PAY SCLA OF POSTMEN:-
Rs.5200-20200 allowances with grade pay of Rs.2000/-
AGE LIMIT: Age between 18 to 25 years as on 31-08-2011. For Age relaxation to see the notification.
